In 1997, our family opened a small bakery at the back of our sandwich shop in downtown Toronto. Using our grandmother's recipe we baked tasty and nutritious pitas every day using the healthiest and most natural ingredients. Our staff are free to do the jobs they were hired to do; no time is wasted on searching for files. We are able to process about 50% more orders a day because we are not bogged down with paperwork.
